Positive: I loved the location, comfort and the style of the place! I would recommend this place to others!
Negative: I didnt like the company that was used to manage the property - too many emails, too many procedures beforehand. It makes booking an apartment through booking.com far more difficult than it needs to be and made me want to cancel it in favor of an easier process elsewhere.

Positive: Amazing location, place looks exactly like in the pics.
Negative: It was really cold in the apartment even though there are two heaters. You can see the gaps between the windows and door frames of the balcony. No tabs for dishwasher. Shower cannot be turn on fully because the shower head starts to make a noise.
Summary: Lovely place to stay, everything is in the walking distance.

Negative: Getting the key from the lock box was very time consuming - firstly, the lock box is in a awkward position and it is very dark. When we finally established we had the correct code the box would not open. In the end I had to attack it with scissors and finally prised it open. Same in reverse when we came to leave. However, the host promised to take a look at it.
Summary: Great spot. Lovely apartment. We were there in a heatwave and it was very hot.

Positive: The apartment itself was a nice layout and good for two people to stay. The location is very residential yet still pretty close to the city.
Negative: As others have mentioned, terribly managed by AirKeeper. - The shower had mould everywhere, and you could see that the drains had not been cleared out in a while. It also made a terrible high pitched squeaking sound when you turned up the water pressure, so you could only use it at a low-medium level. - The kitchen tap is loose to the point where you cannot turn it on without stabilising it with your other hand. Such an easy fix with the right tools, but it looks like this has been a problem for a while with no remedy. - Blinds have been removed from the wall to ceiling windows in the living area which makes it impossible to relax in the apartment during the day - it's far too hot. It looks like blinds are actually being stored in one of the bedroom cupboards, so it's seems like laziness more than anything. We knew about some of the issues beforehand from reading reviews, and took the chance anyway since there was very little accomodation in Sydney for our dates. With some attention to maintenance and cleaning, I think this property could be an 8+.

Positive: The location was close to the University of Sydney where I had most of my activities during the stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was stylishly designed and decorated, as advertised. All the appliances -- washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, fridge - worked well. Wi-fi was speedy with 5G available.
Negative: The place had no air conditioning, which we knew when we booked, but the apartment faced east with a full wall of ceiling-to-floor windows with NO DRAPES. In the images on the booking site there appeared to be a roll-down tarpaulin between the balcony pillars, but those were not in place during our stay, so in the morning the place was VERY hot. There were ceiling fans but those were covered in a thick layer of dust. Which brings us to the next point. On the surface, the property was very clean. But look up at the raw wooden beams of the ceiling and there were literal chunks of dust hanging, ready to fall down. When we turned on the ceiling fan at a setting of higher than 1, the dust would literally be flying around the room. The balcony door could not be locked. Out of the set of keys we got from the hosts, none was a fit on the balcony door. We tried messaging the hosts, after some back-and-forth the hosts said the cleaner left us the wrong set of keys and that they would give us the correct set. They did give us a different set of keys, but this still did not contain a working key for the balcony door. So we slept every day with an unlocked balcony door, which rather compromised the feeling of safety we had in the apartment. Thankfully no incident happened during our stay.
