Maravilla 4112 is in a family resort located in the Destin/South Walton resort area on Miramar Beach in the Florida Panhandle's Emerald Coast. in front of a Beach
This premier vacation resort is located on over 30 acre site with a huge private beach for guests.
Our unit is an extra convenient ground floor unit that is the closest unit to the pool and hot tub as well as clubhouse, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court and shuffleboard court. For those with children a convenient play area is right outside their patio.
Our private beach is only a few steps away and has free daily beach service including two chairs and umbrella imid-March-October 31st.
You can get away from the hustle and bustle of home at this relaxing paradise and still stay connected to the internet via wireless router

Summary: We were only here for a short period of time due to my work schedule, but we made it happen and this place was amazing. The pool is right across the way I could see it at the front door and the beach walk around the corner out the back door and we’re gonna be to the beach literally three minutes that’s an amazing location and we had lots of fun in our time here.

Summary: The condo was super cute, and perfect for the 4 of us. The private beach is a short walk and includes an umbrella and chairs each day. The trolley on property was a bonus! Very helpful lugging all of our stuff to and from the beach. We had a wonderful trip! Thank you

Summary: Very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. It was a quick weekend trip with the girls. Convenient location. It was a small walk to beach but not bad. Only thing I wish we had known is you can not use tents on beach. Even if it’s placed behind everyone. They do not allow them at all. They do provide two chairs and umbrella, which is very convenient, but not if you have a group. If you have a tent/canopy, you have to walk to public beach.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property! Clean condo, great amenities, good communication, and Convenient location that was a quick walk to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only negatives that we had were at no fault to the property owner but the walls were very thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly all hours of the night. Would still stay here again!

Summary: This was our first time staying at this property. We were looking for something that was pet friendly and it did not disappoint! The unit itself was perfect location on the first floor with easy access to grassy areas to walk our dog. Only two minute walk to the beach! The complementary chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated!
