Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean and as pictured. We found that this cottage is the most well equipped cottage we’ve ever been to! We didn’t need to buy anything but groceries. They have everything you could need for cooking and cleaning. The space was large but still cozy. Hosts were excellent with communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful place, very clean. Lots of space outside for yard games, campfires, etc. Very close proximity to Lake Eugenia. Ping pong table in the garage was a nice surprise too!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised to discover that in person this property looked even bigger than the listing. The property is newly built, super clean, and freshly decorated. The upstairs, open-concept kitchen which looks out onto the dining room and living area made for many fun nights cooking meals, and gathering together as a family. The new deck is gigantic and spacious with separate dining and lounging areas. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The pantries were stocked with essentials like paper towel and all the extras, and it was refreshing to stay in a VRBO where you could intuitively find things and not have to run out to the store to get an essential. The downstairs rooms were cozy and felt toasty when we turned on the heated floors. The surrounding area is gorgeous and this is the perfect stay if you want to be close to Collingwood but also the other surrounding towns, and explore Eugenia Falls and other beautiful spots. The owners were exceptionally friendly and warm, and when we had questions about the lock box or oven, they responded right away and were super helpful. We will definitely be booking here again!

Summary: Gorgeous huge new house near Lake Eugenia. We loved the massive deck for BBQ's and morning coffees. The living dining kitchen open concept was fantastic and bright and airy. Every single utensil, dish, plate and glass you can think of is available in the kitchen. Loved the showers with rural views and the check-in check-out process was easy and seamless. It is only 20 mins to Meaford and Georgian Bay. But we also ventured to many closer farm towns like Flesherton, Markdale, Dundalk etc with lots of shops, markets, restaurants. There is a grocery store/LCBO within a 5 min drive of the House, so it is very convenient.

Summary: My family and I had a beautiful stay at this cottage! We were so impressed with everything the cottage had to offer. It was super clean and well equipped with everything we would need plus more! Absolutely loved the firepit that was well stocked with wood and we really enjoy the beautiful patio deck. It was so great to hang out on the patio with the beautiful scenery of trees and greenery around us. The BBQ was really great! Maybe an odd thing to mention but we even enjoyed the rain showers in the bathroom. Cleanliness is a huge factor for my family and we felt right at home with this cottage being so clean and tidy. We had such a comfortable stay and would definitely come back in the future! Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: What a great place to stay! My group and I have had our fair share of cottages and this home was Definitley top of the list! Communication with the hosts was AMAZING and response time was so quick- it really goes a long way and you can tell that they want you to have a great time. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, living room etc were all stocked/prepped adequately and it was really nice having a lot of utensils to use, which minimized the amount of times we had to do dishes, compared to other places we have stayed at. The bonfire area was a highlight of our trip, so much firewood and it was truly so nice having that area to spend time with my group. Community around was so nice as well, and it was a very quiet neighbourhood! This home was pure bliss and is for sure going to become a positive memory. Highly recommend, can’t say enough great things, you have to come here you won’t regret it!

Summary: Mitchell & Tatiana were exceptional hosts! They were super easy to communicate with & always very quick to respond to my questions, offering lots of feedback on where to go and what to see. We had a small issue with the hot water & Mitchell was on it right away. He was able to arrange for someone to come address the issue very quickly, even on a long weekend. The space itself is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and cupboards were pleasantly stocked with everything you need - even the knives were sharp! We were a group of 9, including 5 kids & a dog, and were never on top of each other. We loved hanging out on the wrap around deck for coffee or cocktails & exploring the area or cycling. I would highly recommend and would consider coming back for a weekend.

Summary: So lucky to be the 1st group checking this property out! We were a group of 5 with a little pug and we absolutely enjoyed our stay during the Canada day long weekend at Mitchell and Tatiana's place. This place is perfect for a relaxing gateway, doing some hiking/cycling nearby, going to the golf course & stargazing at night. Everything was as perfect as the pictures. The place was brand new and super clean. The extra tall raised ceiling with lots of pot lights def made the place look even nicer and brighter! We've had adequate space for seating and the 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom for our group size. No fighting for bathroom or bedrooms. Mitchell and Tatiana were super nice hosts!! We've had smooth communication throughout and we even got a bottle of wine & some sparklers on our first day! They've also prepared everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. We cooked throughout our stay and were never short of utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware, blenders, coffee machine & much more. Garbage bags & beddings were also provided by the hosts, which were very convenient. If I were to be a little bit picky: The TV is def on the smaller side LOL, so if you want to watch movies or play video games, consider bring a HD projector. And no direct access to the beach, must drive. But for this reasonable price and state of the property, we were very satisfied. Overall, highly recommend and will consider coming back! :)
