Newfound is a pristine, spring fed lake reaching down over 180’ and is considered one of the cleanest lakes in the world. Minutes to skiing. Only a 200’ walk to a private shared sandy beach with a dock. Spend the day on the beach then return to lounge on the oversized deck and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. The main floor is wide open kitchen, living and dining area (all with vaulted ceiling) giving you great open space to the large deck to enjoy your lake views. Owners suite with a king bed, full bath and 2nd bedroom (queen bed) on the main living level. Summary: Interaction with Russell was quick and hassle-free. Check in could not have been easier. Check out too.House was clean, warm and well-arranged for 5 guys hanging out for an ice fishing and ski weekend. Only 15 minutes from Tenney Mountain, a fun little local ski hill.IF we had any complaints, and we don't really, it would be that house is set back from the lake with a couple of houses right in front. We had access to the water, but it felt like we were walking across someone's property, and in several cases we were as we heard from Russell asking us to take a different path.Also, the sleeping arrangements are really intended for maybe two families with a couple of kids, not 5 grown adults. Two upstairs bedrooms (with extra firm mattresses and pillows if you're into that kind of thing), then large bunk beds and a pull-out couch downstairs. Like I said, fine for a small family or two, but not really designed for 5 adults all looking for their own bed.But, overall, a nice, well-kept, clean, house very close to the lake. With a very accommodating and easy-to-work with property manager (Russell).

Summary: The house is roomier than it looks in the pictures - very clean and comfortable for 5 adults a 3 yr old & infant. The host was very responsive. Great location to New Foundlake Inn for our event. Highly recommend this rental for Bristol and surrounding areas - located steps from beautiful, pristine lake!

Summary: We came to run the marathon. This home was only 5.5 miles away from Bristol. 8 miles from nearby Walmart and shopping areas as well to stock up on anything you needed. The house is set back from the road and not too close to the road. With kids ranging from 1 to 9 it was the perfect location to allow playing outside as well as the lake. Our host Russell was responsive and kind. He even offered info on places to eat. Again great home and great location

Summary: We were attending a wedding at the Newfound Lake Inn. This is a perfect location to the venue. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The home was clean, exactly as described and had all the perks of a true VRBO. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, mugs, a Keurig with individual cups or a pot. The deck has nice furniture to enjoy the fresh air. I highly recommend this location, it was perfect!

Summary: This is a lovely property with tons of amenities on an excellent part of the lake. Property is very well thought out and clean, and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Great layout for both kids and adults, and convenient to local offerings. Would happily recommend to anyone and hope to rebook for years to come.
