Summary: Very nice home on the outside and on initial walk through. Once we started to look at the fine details within the home, we were let down. Dirty sponge, lack of silverware, lack of dining chairs, broken soap dispenser on downstairs bathroom, and stained comforter on one of the beds. We were only provided three dining room chairs for a home that sleeps 5. For the price, it was not as nice as it seemed. Living room was comfy, but the beds were lacking in comfort. Dirty dishes in kitchen was also a bummer, likely due to the fact that they make the guests not only wash the dishes, but put them away at check out. Overall an okay experience, but will likely not stay here in the future due to high price and the fact that it was far away from central Tracy. An okay short-term rental if you are not too fussy with the provided amenities.

Summary: This is a roomy home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It is in a quiet subdivision with easy access to downtown Tracy, restaurants, groceries, and the freeway. I would highly recommend this property for any extended stay.

Summary: Had a great stay at this property. Wish it had more kitchenware or noted the lack of. Communication with property management was very easy and had no issues in security. This property also has only one key, which was a bit difficult to coordinate with the three other family members staying.
