5 Bedroom House in Cooperstown

Serenely situated on 7 private acres, our 2019 constructed Timber Frame home is an easy 4.5 mile drive to Dreams Park (you can faintly hear the cheering across the river at night!) and 6 miles to the Village of Cooperstown. Not to mention a half mile to Brewery Ommegang and walking distance to Red Shed Brewery!
Main floor has a wide open living area. Living room with large screen TV open to dining area with seating for 8. Open kitchen with large island and seating for 4, a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and an additional counter area with seating for 2. Walk in pantry with washer/dryer and full bathroom all on main floor.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with open beam cathedral ceilings. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own heating/cooling. Large master bedroom with TV, couch, two closets and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has twin-over-queen bunk bed. 2nd full bath with walk-in shower.
Basement level has 2 additional bunkrooms, each with bunk beds. Adjacent Rec Room with ping ping, foosball, couches and large TV.
Wifi throughout allows access to personal streaming accounts on all 3 TVs.
Relax on the front porch overlooking the 2-acre front yard for kids to play. Side deck with grill and picnic table made from Doubleday Field bleachers! Fire pit for S'mores nights and hot tub to relax on cool summer nights.
A 600 foot walk through the woods brings you to a private deck overlooking the Susquehanna river for fishing or a cool dip on a hot day.
If you like baseball, you'll enjoy quite a few baseball "touches" throughout this home (we'll leave as a surprise)!

Summary: Several families stayed here while our kids played at Dreams Park. It was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, very clean, modern with a rustic vibe, and equipped with anything you might need. As a few others have mentioned, it’s on a private gravel road, so you can’t see it from the street and it’s secluded from other houses. This allows for a feeling of privacy and relaxation, with Dreams Park still only about 10 minutes away. The house is decorated beautifully with such fun baseball touches throughout. The owners were great to work with. If we ever return to Cooperstown, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet, private road. Equipped with just about anything you could need while staying there. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Only a 10 min drive to Dreams Park and also an easy drive into Cooperstown or to many of the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was extremely close to Dreams Park which made it easy to go back and forth between games. It was also located very close to the breweries that we enjoyed. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit, and catching fireflies. We had two families stay here and never felt crowded. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cooperstown Dream Park.

Summary: A couple families shared this house while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was a great oasis away from the park yet really close for a quick drive to Dreams Park. 1000% recommended this house for families with kids that enjoy their own bedrooms and play space. Great pre-teen hangout and bunkhouse space on lower level.

Summary: Our two families stayed here while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was absolutely perfect and was as described. We each had one child staying with us and then our two Cooperstown boys were also able to easily stay with us for two nights. It was a quick drive to the fields but it also felt amazingly remote. I saw two deer at the end of the driveway one morning and bunnies running around every time we came home. We could clearly see the stars at night since it’s so dark. Also having the Red Shed so close was great and Ommegang is awesome too so we went there at least twice. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: This house is amazing !! It is an absolutely beautiful property and house that is very well taken care of . Every room from the kitchen , bedrooms , basement to the 3 bathrooms were all very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The pantry/laundry room are awesome and gives you lots of extra space to put all of your food/drink out of the way . The basement is a great additional bonus for the kids - they loved the ping pong table . The house is perfectly done in baseball theme - so many nice touches ! The bedrooms are nice and beds were super comfortable. The kids loved fishing at the dock and the fire pit was great at night to relax after long days at Dreams Park . It is the absolute best location if you have a son or daughter playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week . It is about a 8 minute drive to park and super close to downtown shops. The grocery store is about 5 mins too . The Red Shed barn did not disappoint with their selection and delicious food truck . It is literally almost in the front yard of house ( but across acres so you can’t see or hear it) The hosts were great and really didn’t need anything from them because they do such a good job preparing the house . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! We hope to be back in a couple years and do it all over again with our younger son !! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home .
