As you walk into this quaint, original bidawee home, you will immediately feel the vintage vibe and appreciate the homey feel and relaxed mood. You will enter through the front glassed in sitting area, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon relaxation. The main living room is then just inside the wide opening where you will find a large sectional perfect for holding everyone for an evening show or movie on the large flat screen TV. The first 2 guest bedrooms and bath are located just off the living room to the left, while you will find the dining room to the right leading you to the rest of the house.The comfortable furnishings and versatile sleeping options will accommodate your family up to 8 comfortably with a queen in the first guest room, a king bed in the second guest bedroom, two twin beds in the third guest bedroom, and a king in the master bedroom. There is one bathroom located just steps away from the two guest bedrooms and living room, so it is easily accessible from all areas and another bathroom located near the master bedroom and sitting room leading out tot he outdoor space. As you walk through the dining area you will find it opens up to the large kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a washer/dryer, in the full sized laundry room, for the added convenience to maximize your vacation. From the kitchen you will find the third guest bedroom down the hall to the left and the master bedroom and bathroom located to your right. This exceptionally large house also features a second sitting room in the back of the home facing the large outdoor area; perfect for enjoying the comforts of the inside while still enjoying the view of the outside. It also has a back sitting area that leads you to the back yard and beautiful in ground pool. The outdoor living of this home is just as impressive as the inside. The house includes a large fenced in yard, outdoor patio area with table & chairs for entertaining or watching the kids swim, and an amazing upper deck only accessible from the back yard with views of the gulf coast for miles in sight. There will be no crowding in this house with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy the beach breezes, amazing sunsets, and the vintage atmosphere to where all your worries drift away with the tides.

Summary: The house wasn’t cleaned throughly before we arrived, later on I found out it was because the cleaning woman was told the house had already been cleaned. I tried to email the agency and never heard back. The backyard set-up is awesome, location is great, and we enjoyed staying here. I would’ve loved it even more had the floors been swept, counters wiped down, and bathroom sinks cleaned.

Summary: First of all, amazing location! Easy checkin process. Short walk to beach, easy gate access, no stairs. Just cross one road. TONS of sleeping and sitting areas. So nice. We had no issues with the bathrooms. Hot water was fantastic. Nice sitting area by the pool and umbrella for shade on tanning ledge. Pool isn't brand new but worked fine for the kids. We didn't have issues with ear infections but they spent most of the time at the beach. Adult enjoyed yoga on the upper deck. Some outdoor lighting for nighttime by the pool would be appreciated. AC worked great. Washer/dryer were great. Only issue was kitchen. Dishwasher had standing stinky water in it and never worked. Property manager sent maintenance and they said it needed replacing. Wasn't replaced during our stay. We got a small credit since we had to use all disposables. Also, stove barely worked. 3 oven coils heated up but only one got hot enough to boil water. Maintenance didn't fix this during our stay. Oven was fine just gave off a burnt smell. They need to add some more kitchen basics - cutlery, sheet pans, pitchers, etc. and the kitchen would be great. Considering many reviews had already mentioned these issues it was disappointing no one had fixed them yet. We will consider coming back again despite all this though - if they fix the dishwasher and oven! Thanks for letting us enjoy your property!

Summary: I understand with different people in and out each week and the way our work force is these days it’s hard to keep a rental property up to par but it’s a great location and a pretty nice ol house altogether I will be back in the future thanks

Summary: House was very accommodating for everyone Close to beach only 2 hiccups were we had no icemaker just wish we would have been told Only one burner worked on stove .... With our crew cooking that was a real biggie We contacted office twice no one ever came out to check that....Over All I would rent again...Decorated beautiful
