Casa Bella Anna is a newly renovated Mid-Century modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on the Highline Canal just south of Denver proper. Enter through a private courtyard into a spacious open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen opening up to a dining area and great room all looking out to an amazing mountain view. The back side of Casa Bella Anna is windows. The sliding doors open up to a large deck which looks out over the Highline and on to the front range mountains. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living in the summer months or watch storms roll in over the mountain tops during cooler times. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom (shower only). The second main floor bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a full bath just outside the doorway. This is also the main bathroom of the house. The bottom level bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and again the bathroom is outside the doorway. There is a 2nd great room on the bottom level with television, game table, and large west facing windows. There is a small fourth bedroom off the bottom level great room furnished with a double bed. There is also a full-size laundry room just below the staircase. The entire square footage upstairs and down is approx. 2400 sq. ft. You can relax in the front courtyard for early morning sun and retreat to the back of the house for the afternoon sun, viewing beautiful sunsets. We are located around the corner from South Suburban recreation center and just down the street from The Streets of Southglenn, an outdoor mall offering a variety of restaurants and shopping, movie theaters, ice skating, horseback riding, etc. To the North we have Trader Joe's, a 10-minute walk along with TJMaxx/HomeGoods & Sierra Trading Post, not to mention small boutique shops and restaurants.
Casa Bella Anna was built in 1962 and is considered a Mid-Century modern; although the furnishings are of a more eclectic style with all the creature comforts of home. We have a full library of reading as well as movies and music available for your enjoyment. The house is also equipped with two large screen t.v.'s in each great room as well as a small television in the master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet you're just a stone's throw away from shopping, nightlife, and activity...

Summary: This property offered the perfect location for attending a family wedding in Colorado. The home is a lovely mid-century ranch with full finished lower level. Clean, updated, fenced yard, quiet neighborhood and nice view of the mountains. There were several minor items, (a couple of lights not functioning and ice dispenser in door inoperable), which we notified owner and she was responsive and willing to address immediately. Good options for outdoor entertaining and secluded area in front with pretty floral covered trellis. We were overall quite pleased and would stay here again.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay in Littleton. The house was wonderfully located - the deck had views of a wonderful park and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The covered deck meant we could eat all our meals outside, which was truly fantastic. The kitchen provided ample space to cook, and the living room was comfortable. It was nice having multiple bathrooms which granted privacy. The neighborhood was set off from the road but only a few short minutes from the grocery and other stores. Our hosts were available for anything we needed and replied promptly. Would certainly stay again!

Summary: Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving with people driving from KS and flying from Oregon to meet up with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter who live in Denver. The house proved to be beyond our expectations. The minute we walked in we felt at home. Spacious, open, with plenty of room for everyone. Beds very comfortable (even with our bad backs) cotton sheets, pillow choices. The kitchen was filled with EVERYTHING you could need( including coffee grinder, crock pot, various pots and pans, food processor, even aprons!!) Million dollar view from the wall of windows in the living room with a walking trail just behind the house. Just awesome. We happened to be here during a big cold snap( 9 degrees with 10 inches of snow) and I will say that the lower level including the bedrooms remained cold the whole time, so could not use that area other than sleeping. A little FYI, the bed in the downstairs non conforming bedroom is probably a little smaller than a double but my daughter and her 6 ft husband slept relatively comfortably, just feet hanging off the end.. The owners were just so friendly, easy going and accommodating. We had to arrive a few hours earlier than check in and it was no problem. They are great and clearly love this house. If the opportunity presented, we would absolutely return. Thank you Kathleen and Xenti!

Summary: I booked this for a few of us for a girls weekend getaway! It had everything you would want from a spacious house to a nice porch with views. The trail behind the house is nice for those who like to walk or ride bikes. Not to mention the great shopping and restaurants just a mile away. The only thing I heard from the others that they would have liked was a hot tub on the back porch! Would we book again????? Absolutely Yes!!! Thanks for sharing your hidden treasure with us!
