Prime location directly next-door to Lauderdale landing, the only bar located on the lake, it has a fun atmosphere, amazing food (perfect for a quick bite to eat!), tiki bar and live music. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house offers 3 levels of living area, including an open loft area with a queen bed and pull out couch with an amazing view of the lake. There is an additional bedroom located in the loft area that includes 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a spacious closet, including 2 air mattresses for additional sleeping. Full size bathroom in the loft with a bath tub/shower combo and toilet. The main level includes the kitchen, living room, dining room and also has a half bathroom directly off the kitchen, and pull out storage for coats and shoes. Kitchen area has a spacious pantry available for use as well. The living room area has a couch and love seat with a gas fireplace and television. The dining room area has a raised table with a bench and stools, seating 8 people. Additional seating at the island in the kitchen. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen/living room area and has deck access, tv, electric fireplace and bathroom with tub, tv and shower with separate toilet room. The master bedroom has an adjustable head king sized bed. The main level opens up into the loft area, and includes access to a spacious deck with a gas fireplace with seating, barstools and grill! Upon entering the lower level, you will encounter the Yacht Club bar with lots of barstool seating, perfect for entertaining, full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher for your convenience. The bar also opens up into a living area with an electric fireplace and tv as well. There are 2 bedrooms located in the lower level, one is a king bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake from the convenience of your bed. This bedroom has a tv with an amazon prime stick available for use. The other is a queen bed located right next to the open laundry area, with both a washer and dryer available for use. This bedroom has a tv with chromecast streaming available. Full size bathroom located in the lower level with a shower and toilet. Lower level leads to the lower deck that gives access to the hot tub, sauna, gas fire pit, canoe, kayak and swimmable lakefront frontage with large party raft, water trampoline and large lily pad attached to the pier-all included for a fun family getaway! Fully finished garage with sofas, ping pong table and foosball-the ultimate party room! The driveway also turns into a pickleball court with a rollaway net, 4 paddles and 4 balls available for use.
Walking/ hiking trail head located down the street from the Lakehouse, perfect for a quick scenic walk. Located near Lauderdale Country club and Evergreen golf course for the golfers in your family. Bike rentals are available down the road at Avant, on the corner of Hwy H and 12. Lake Geneva is less than 30 mins away with lots to offer as well! Alpine Valley music theatre only 20 mins away!
