Known as the "Crown Jewel" of Daytona Beach Shores, Ocean Vistas sits directly on the shore of the World's Most Famous Beach and is sure to meet and exceed the most discriminating traveler's expectations and needs for their extended stay.
Located on the fourth floor, Dee's Sunset Vista is sophisticated, yet comfortable...with the look and feel of a 1st Class resort! With an extensive refurbishing just completed, you'll find marble floors and designer decor throughout, custom cabinetry and granite, with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen every chef will feel at home in!
There's over 2000 square feet of indoor living space with the common living areas flanked on each side by dual master suites. The traditional master has a nice seating area with 55-inch HD Smart TV, king sized Sleep Number bed with adjustable base and a glamour bath featuring a jetted tub, dual vanities, water closet and separate shower. The second master has been repurposed to serve as a studio suite, with a new Braxton Culler sectional, large enough to comfortably sleep two adults... and a brand new, luxurious 14-inch pillow top queen-sized mattress set, nestled in a newly created sleeping alcove. The studio connects to a full bath, which is easily accessed from the main living areas and has a 65-inch HD Smart TV with sound bar.
Not only does the interior of the home have everything you could possibly want and need in a vacation rental... the large, open living space with upscale furnishings and accessories provided creates the perfect environment for entertaining!
The modern living room features an oversized white leather sectional, cozy electric fireplace, and floor to ceiling glass doors that lead to a generous sized wrap around, covered balcony with Jenn-Air grill and casual living and dining areas... created especially for you to enjoy the most beautiful sunset Daytona has to offer!
Ocean Vistas is a 5 Star property that boasts an amenity center second to none. You're sure to be wowed by the oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and private beach access...but there's also an indoor lounge with big screen tv, billiards room, fitness center, sauna and executive business center that has a fully furnished conference room with Wi-Fi, printer and fax available. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a full-sized ice machine, gated and underground parking spaces for two vehicles/motorcycles and an on-duty Concierge on Monday- Friday. Beach chair and bike rentals are nearby with additional bike storage in the garage. You're also just a short 10 minutes to downtown shopping and local eateries, 15 minutes to International Speedway and Daytona Airport, an hour to St Augustine and an hour and fifteen minutes to Orlando and The Kennedy Space Center.
Ocean Vistas requires an in person check in (from 4-8 pm) and a short, guided tour of the property for delivery of key fobs and parking passes. (Later check ins are available at a $50-100 fee, based on arrival time.)

Summary: Beautiful condo, beyond my expectations!!! Felt like at home away from home ??!!!! The whole family loved it. My 5 year old autistic granddaughter lost the fear of water and learned how to swim without the life jacket in the pool. It was truly a great experience!!!!

Summary: Just as advertised! Communication with the property manager was prompt and direct. Check in was easy with the help of their on-property assistant. The condo is the single cleanest place we have ever stayed! There are a lot of upgrades in this unit. It was very comfortable and roomy. The gym, pool, and hot tub were all in working condition and enjoyable. I wish we could have stayed longer, as this was a very relaxing environment. We would love to stay again and would strongly recommend to others.

Summary: This experience was absolutely top notch! From the start, Marianne was responsive and kind. She answered my many questions timely and thoroughly. I knew that she sincerely cared about my family having a great vacation. The property was very clean, stocked with every kitchen appliance imaginable, starter items for comfort (paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc), comfortable beds, plenty of towels and extra linens (that are also conveniently labeled by which bed), TVs in the bedroom (and my husband loved cooking while watching golf on the additional TV in the kitchen), a great/convenient washer and dryer, and even the details of a puzzle, beach items, and books. The online pictures do not give a full view of the space and general beauty of this property. The building offers direct beach access, a gym, and a beautiful entertainment room. Lastly, this is a quiet, secure building. There are multiple security features and key fab entrances starting from the parking area on. All in all, being very comfortable allowed my family of five to enjoy each other and make great vacation memories Thank you to Marianne, Dee, and Lize for a great much-needed vacation. We look forward to returning soon!

Summary: Ms Dee, Marianne and the rest of the staff are incredible, accommodating and kind! The home is just that - a home! We were comfortable, safe and didn't want to leave (we literally almost stayed another 2 days!). The pictures don't do the property justice - you should definitely book and see for yourself!
