POOL HEATING:
**From October 15th to May 15th, the pool will be heated between 82/84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**

Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.

The house is located less than 3 miles away from Old Town Scottsdale and about 15 min from the airport. It is also within 5 miles of the Desert Botanical Garden! The neighborhood is super safe. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood located close to everything :-)
A Uber ride is about $7 to Old Town Scottsdale.
Looking to rent for a couple of days, for a month or even longer, this house will make you feel right at home.
