Summary: The property and location are wonderful! Very nice area close to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the San Diego area. The property owner is very attentive and quickly responds to any questions you may have. I cannot think of anything else that could make this property any nicer. Will definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back this way. Thanks Bill for being part of a wonderful vacation!

Summary: Our experience at this home was awesome. The house is clean, comfortable and near everything in San Diego. From the minute we booked this house we were treated as royalty and any and all questions we had were answered immediately. If you are looking for a very nice, clean and comfortable home to take your family to San Diego you can not do any better than this house in Del Mar. If we ever get back to San Diego we will definitely stay in this house, we won’t even look at other options.

Summary: The owner was prompt in replying to any questions we had prior to our visit. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our little getaway to beautiful San Diego. It was very easy to find and had all the amenities we could possibly want nearby. We would definitely stay again if we take another vacation to that area.

Summary: This place was absolutely great. Three nice bedrooms, lots of space In the living room and very clean. Close to the I5, good shopping for all the essentials within a couple of blocks. Very accommodating as we inquired if the house had a blender which Bill responded no very quickly but he went out and bought one!! Thanks, we were able to enjoy smoothies for our breakfasts. Access to some nice trails to walk on just a few houses away. Very quiet neighbourhood with a view from the back patio as well. When we go back to SAN Diego we will be staying here again. Have stayed in a lot of home rentals, this was definitely one of the best!!
