Summary: We have stayed here for the last few years during a horse show at the KEC and it has been perfect. Host is attentive and helpful, place is unique and clean and we love it!

Summary: What a great property! It is so cute and quaint! You would always catch something new when you walked down the hallway! It has everything you need and I loved the fact it had a washer and dryer. The owner was super easy to get in contact with when we had a question. Super convenient for access to the volleyball tournament we attended at the Expo center. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed here 4 nights for NAILE. Very convenient to the expo center! Easier than the hotels! Easy parallel parking along the street at the front door was great for unloading our stuff. Many spots in front of building were always open. Description or arrival email should tell you to parallel park on the main road. The road is busy. Unit was pretty clean (not immaculate but acceptable) and as described. Had to call/text owner to get entry info, Vrbo did not send it. Owner was very quickly responsive. You can hear the folks upstairs when they are walking but not much noise otherwise. The kitchen could use a few things (tea kettle, pizza cutter, pizza pan were the 3 things we could have used but made do). Twice when my kids needed showers during our 4 night stay there was not enough hot water. No one in our unit used water before them. I don’t know if both units share 1 tank or if the tank is just small but that is something that should be addressed bc not enough hot for 4 guests, we only had 3 and I waited to shower. Overall a great option for the expo. I would consider staying again if I had the same number of guests.

Summary: I booked this listing for 4 nights to attend a festival down the street. The location was absolutely perfect for this purpose and it was less than a mile to the entrance, so the walk was easy peasy. The unit had everything I needed and made for a comfy extended weekend. The owner was promptly responsive to all my questions. The decor/vibe of the place was awesome; comfy beds and stocked kitchen supplies for cooking. Easy parking. No complaints whatsoever. I even booked it for this same week next year!

Summary: We came into town for the World’s Championship Horse Show. The property is across the street. Decorated in such a fun way!! Hosts were easy to reach and helped us when we needed it. Will stay again next year!!

Summary: We stayed in this property while visiting family in Louisville. The place was clean, quite spacious and the decor was quirky. We could hear the neighbors and dogs in the apartment above us but not a total distraction. Parking is available on the street or a small parking lot behind the building.

Summary: So the property was well appointed and quite artsy. It is also quite close to Churchill Downs (1 mi), the airport (2 mi), the Kentucky Expo, and the Six Flags amusement park. The downsides were that it is on a VERY BUSY street and is not within walking distance to restaurants or shops. While it is a 2-bedroom, one of the bedrooms is not technically a bedroom b/c it does not have a closet to hang clothes. I would more recommend the property for two people and perhaps a child, but not 4 adults.
