Great cottage for a large family (or two small families) on the beautiful Higgins lake. Private lakefront beach with sandy bottom on the property as well as a hoist for your boat, and complimentary pedal pontoon, two paddle boards, and two kayaks. Quiet neighborhood south of Higgins lake, ideal for families with kids. The house is newly renovated, including new floor, appliances, and furniture. The house does not have AC, but there are ceiling and window fans in every room. The dock will be out by mid may and will be removed mid October.

Summary: The owners of this property thought of everything to make our week stay so incredible. The cleanliness of the cabin , the beautiful little beach, the kayak, paddleboat and little things like toys for the kids made our vacation wonderful. We are definitely going to book again. Summary: This property is amazing. It has everything we need. Location is perfect for our needs. Secluded but close to the thins we need. Ana and Juan are very easy to work with and appreciated them being flexible. The 3 in 1 pool table provides great entertainment for all. This is our 2nd rental here and will be up for a 3rd.

Summary: This is one of the most thoughtful homes we have ever stayed in. First off, super clean and incredible location. The added touches of fans and lights for the bunk beds, games for all ages, extra beach towels, the list goes on and on. We want to come back for a month next summer! Thank you for an awesome trip. PS Beds are super firm and nice!

Summary: We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property! Close to some great hiking spots and ice cream shops, and the lake itself is beautiful. The game table was especially fun for the kids on rainy days, and our entire family enjoyed the SUPs.
