Summary: We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.

Summary: The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.

Summary: The property was exactly as listed! It was so clean and smelled so good when we walked in! The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues! The host checked in a few times and i loved that! Will definitely be booking again anytime we come back to Fayetteville!
