Adorable little home (1350 sq ft) in a quiet neighborhood near Baptist hospital. Perfect for healthcare professionals. Also near restaurants, coffee shops and a local brewery. Fully professionally (not DIY) renovated in 2022 with new kitchen and baths. Immaculately clean. The home is only used for rentals, so there is not any “owner clutter.”

Summary: From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect! Mae is a wonderful host! Initially, we were due to check in earlier in the day, our drive (weather) didn't allow us to arrive when we had planned, it was after dark. Mae ensured the lights were on, making it much nicer for arrival. The home was very clean and well decorated, it felt very welcoming. Everything we needed was there, plenty of linens, cooking/serving items, FRESH ground amazing coffee! The backyard is super cute and cozy! Plenty of space to hang out in! The location is perfect for several things you may want to do in the area, shopping, quilt museum, restaurants. We were in town to visit family (previously we lived in Puryear), some came to the home, we relaxed and enjoyed a meal. Very comfortable environment! Thank you Mae!

Summary: Year 2 of staying here for the week of BBQ on the River. It was perfect. Clean and comfy. A great backyard area to relax after the festival. Loved everything. And, the management was spectacular!
