Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the house as a family of 4. The central living area is great with high ceilings and really nice light. Our daughters (ages 13 and 17) loved hanging out here. It was autumn when we stayed so we didn't use the outdoors much - but there is a beautiful deck and very large back yard. We used the propane BBQ which is definitely nice to have. We had a couple of questions and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The photos give a really good idea of what the property is like - it is freshly painted and sparsely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been recently updated but are very clean. We were missing some kitchen items (there is only one pot for example) and the bathroom towels could be replaced. Overall, this is an excellent property in a very good location (quiet street but close to downtown). We would stay again.

Summary: Nice place , just need to attend to some details as, only 3 towels in the place for 4 people , no air conditioners but had wool sheets on bed in middle of summer! Etc.

Summary: The property was very clean and the backyard perfect for play and evening fires. Very private-felt like we were the only ones there. Location was perfect as we had a very short distance to the beach, quick access to grocery store if needed, and a short walk to downtown for shopping or a dinner out.
