Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home located across the street from a community park and AWESOME views! Home is in the heart of Kanab close to restaurants, stores and other necessities. This is our personal vacation home we are sharing. We have done extensive work to the inside.

Summary: Great place to stay! Great location, big enough space for our family of 6, kitchen needed a few basic supplies such as measuring cups, cutting board and salt and pepper shakers. Other than that it was perfect and met all of our vacationing needs.

Summary: Lots of great things, beautiful views, comfortable and new furnishings. New pots and pans (April 2023) and cute clearly new furnishings. Everything as described. Super clean. Smart TVs to login to your own streaming apps were great. Basic spices were present for cooking and every appliance you may need is available. A few things, not worth takings stars but small issues- *thermostat on 55 when we arrived (lows in the 20s overnight). No worries, we get energy conservation,we cranked it up and went to bed. However a schedule had been set for it to go back down to 57 at 5am. We woke up freezing. We managed to override so it didn’t happen again. * no wastebaskets in bathrooms for q-tips, Kleenex, feminine supplies etc. we hung grocery bags on doorknobs. *personal preference but king bed was very firm memory foam. My husband was fine, I have chronic pain and struggled to get comfortable. Had to sleep on the couch once. * living room layout is odd with only the 2 armchairs (more tailored, not comfy) facing TV. The 2 very comfortable couches were facing each other but not at all a good viewing angle. We ended up temporarily moving the couches so we could get cozy for family movie night. * the master bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it, there’s just not quite enough clearance. It’s odd. Overall still a great experience and I would stay again with my family of 5 in a heartbeat!!

Summary: A friend and I stayed at this property while visiting Utah for some hiking and adventure. We were very impressed when we walked inside for the first time. Everything looks nice and was comfortable. Beds were great! Highly recommend.
