Negative: Not about the property , is about the process, was very difficult to get in, the owners didn’t send information about the system to get in, they did send some information but was not correct, by luck I get in, the apartment lock was not really great, iam a 73 old man and not to familiar with technology, not everyone is an expert in this king of electronics booking. Positive: Good location, few minute walk from Milano Centrale and the nearest metro station. Had basic necessities.
Negative: Limited kitchen equipment. No dish brush, so we couldn’t actually wash our dishes. Kettle would’ve been a nice addition too. Bed was satisfactory, though quite small for two (and very creaky). Additionally, we ran into an issue with getting into the apartment, as the door handle was not working properly and in the end completely fell off. Luckily the owner was quick to act and fixed everything for us within an hour.
Summary: Pleasant top floor apartment for a short-term stay.

Positive: Location is great, we get to the railway station in 5 minutes. We received very detailed instructions. The apartment was quite big. When we went to the apartment at the check-in time, it was in the middle of cleaning, so we had to leave our luggage and come back in 30 minutes; but it was cleaned well.
Negative: As this apartment has a high ceiling and a small turned off heating, it was super cold inside, especially in the bathroom, freezing cold. We tried to use a condition but it was not helpful. The sofa made our legs higher than our heads, was strange to sleep in that position

Positive: The apartment is great. You have a nice bathroom to shower in after a long day of exploring and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is great, literally 5 minutes from Milano Centrale and you have a local market across the street to buy some groceries if you need. The building is very safe. You have cameras, password locks and a security guy.
