THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, REUNIONS AND BUSINESS GATHERINGS!!!
UPDATE: We've added a Brand New 5,000 gallon Private Heated Saltwater Deck Pool!
7 bedrooms, home just steps away from the beach, totally redone all new windows, heating, cooling, flooring all new doors bathroom, lighting, furniture and appliances, kitchen and much MUCH more.
We have a 70 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace along with plenty of seating for everyone, plenty of couches, including bar stools in the kitchen for breakfast and a flat screen TV in the kitchen so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your favorite shows, and never miss a beat. The first floor is a very spacious open floor plan flowing throughout the house all bedrooms are secluded from one another lots of room for you will never feel on top of one another.
We have other homes in the area, check them out. One is listing number 1076859 which is 3 blocks away. Also on the beach block, 250 feet from the beach, we have 2 other homes on the bay with magnificent views. The 1st is 885378 which has amazing views and sunset views like no other property around!!! Summary: The owner was pleasant and communicated often to be sure check in would be fine and to make sure the stay was going well. The house was huge and easily accommodated our whole group ( basketball team and parents ) it was clean and up to date and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay the pool was clean and refreshing being close to the beach allowed nice early morning runs/walks and easy afternoon beach trip The huge table allowed for enjoyable group meals together the beds and linens were clean soft and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our large group. We would definitely stay here again thanks for a great experience

Summary: We spent a family vacation here with 5 adults and 4 children just after the 4th of July. It was exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious and nicely furnished. The children loved the plunge pool off the deck where we spent much of our time while at the house. Communication with Martin was excellent. Any small issues and questions were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend the house for large groups who are looking for convenient access to the beach and the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Summary: This house was incredible! Remodeled and spacious with fantastic amenities. The new saltwater pool and deck area were a tremendous hit with the family and used every day! We definitely plan on staying again when we come back to the area. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: Came to town for a brief stay to celebrate my friends birthday. The property is magnificent and close to everything one could possibly need. The house is clean, tastefully remodeled, and extremely safe. The owner is kind and respectful. I will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Oversized downstairs kitchen area, dining room and 2 living rooms for everyone to share. The outside, private shower and deck pool were used after each beach visit. Our host, Martin, was in touch with us every day to make sure we were happy.

Summary: We celebrated my mom’s birthday and 4th of July in this home and we were thrilled in every way. Just steps from the beach & boardwalk, the house offers everything you need for a beautiful stay at the shore. We loved the deck pool for late night swims and found the kitchen to be very easy to prepare meals for all 16 of us. Bedrooms were all very well appointed as well. Martin, the property manager, was a dream. Very communicative and helpful in every way. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our family of 17 people had a great time in the house. There were plenty of bedrooms upstairs and multiple rooms on the first level for all our gathering events. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, and plenty of places to sit. The walk to the beach was half a block away, and the water was wonderful. Many of us started our day with coffee brought to the tables on the front porch. This vacation was perfect for everything we needed, and then some. Martin made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were having a great time. It would be a wonderful place to visit again.
