Nestled in the desirable quiet Arden on the Severn community, there are 2 other homes under the same management on the same street with the same unobstructed water views - perfect for multi-families coming to vacation together!
Get ready for the sunny days on the expansive decks overlooking a private yard, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy spending time on your private deep water pier with multiple slips. Step inside to find no expense spared, high-end updates, design and finishes. There's room for up to 6 at the dining room table and for 4 more at the breakfast bar. Theres also a stunning new coffee bar in the newly-renovated gourmet kitchen. There are 2 main bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and a large den. The den can be used as both a bedroom (Full sleeper sofa) and an office. Head upstairs to find the stunning water view suite with a cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, private office with exercise bike and a private balcony. The custom luxury en suite bath features a custom soaking tub with water views, double vanities, and a stand-up shower. There are 2 furnished decks off the back of the home with views of the private backyard and a fire pit. Swim, crab or enjoy water sports off the private pier - the owners have provided kayaks and paddle boards, with life preservers.
**COVID - 19 Extra Special Precautions: Our guests' and staff's health is our top priority. Our cleaners are taking every precaution when cleaning this home and making sure they meet CDC standards. Summary: The home is nice, clean and has great views! Nice place to relax by the outdoor firepit or on the back deck. Very quiet and peaceful.

Summary: The property is beautifully decorated and has amazing views. The neighborhood was also very nice, and we enjoyed walking it. We were disappointed that there were jellyfish in the river. I specifically booked this home so that we could swim off the pier. We ended up going to a local community pool to swim instead. We did however enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards. I would just add a note about the jellyfish in the listing. I had no idea they even existed in the area. The only other comment is that there was a musty odor that permeated the first floor. I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it was strong the first day or two that we were there. The odor and the jellyfish (which you can't do anything about) are the only reasons that I would not rate this property 5 stars.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our couple’s weekend getaway at “All Decked Out”! Everything in the home was perfectly appointed and the design of the home lent itself to lots of fun times conversing, playing cards, cooking, eating, and catching up on old times.

Summary: The photos, though lovely, don't do this house justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! It was very quiet and peaceful, despite there being many homes nearby. Cleanliness was top notch and thoughtful, even including a welcoming bottle of wine and plenty of travel size toiletries. The kitchen has an excellent variety of spices for cooking. The home is beautifully and artistically furnished with an eclectic display of interesting and unique pieces throughout the home and fabulous reading material available that together create a warm, welcoming, and enriching environment. There was nothing generic about this home; we really felt like we were staying at a friend's home. We also enjoyed the refreshing array of live houseplants! That said, there were certainly a few oddities to our stay that guests may want to be aware of: • Many of the owners' clothes, papers, and other personal items were left in nearly every closet and drawer. We hung our clothes right next to theirs, that felt a bit strange. • The upstairs bedroom and bathroom offer VERY LITTLE privacy. In addition to having no bedroom door, none of the windows surrounding the bedroom have blinds or curtains, nor do the windows inside the shower. We found you can see into the space from outside very clearly during many times of the day and especially at night. This made us feel very uncomfortable and definitely limited our freedom of movement. Still, minus a few kinks, we enjoyed our stay and are certain future guests will too!
