Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay at Francois' apartment in St. Michel, Paris. The location was very convenient and next to all major sites including the metro. The apartment was quiet and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Owner and/or property manager communication was clear, timely, useful, and cordial. We arrived to a meticulously clean apartment. Everything we could have possibly needed beyond our own shampoo, etc., was available to us in the apartment. There was a book we found (in the kitchen under the stove) with all sorts of useful information for the apartment and area. The apartment location was brilliant! We were close to everyting, and the Saint Michel métro stop was literally one minute away. The entire time, we felt safe and so grateful this apartment was available. It's not the most chic of places, but it is authentic and cozy. All appliances are new and in excellent working order. The water pressure in the shower and sinks is primo! The thermostat is responsive. The king size bed, though quite firm, was rather comfortable, especially after 10 hours of being on our feet every day. Truly, we could not have asked for a better place. If I had a magic wand and could change anything about it, I would provide a floor length mirror or even a tabletop vanity mirror near a chair where one could easily do her makeup. I'm used to sitting at my vanity to do my makeup and skincare... some special morning me time. There just wasn't anything like that available to me in this apartment. I used the fireplace mantle as my vanity with its beautiful mirror and stood to get ready. 7 miles per day walking in Paris makes for tired feet, after all. No big deal, but if I could change anyt

Summary: My son and I had a fantastic week! 11 Rue Suger is a charming little gem. We loved the old-world ambiance of the place, which made us feel as if we had been transported to a countryside chalet. However, we were right in the heart of Paris, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the Metro. We walked to most places and spent some evenings at home enjoying takeout. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would love to return someday.

Summary: Wonderful apartment with everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The living spaces very comfortable and (in January) warm and cozy. Fabulous location near restaurants, 2 Metro lines and Notre Dame. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Loved staying here. Everything you need and the decor was just lovely. Great communication and instruction by the host. Quiet, secure accommodation down a gorgeous cobbled street, but right in the heart of the action too. Kitchen and washing machine/dryer were a big plus. The loft was something a bit different for teenagers.

Summary: We loved our time here. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a washer/dryer was a huge benefit. The host was quick to respond with answers to questions and always friendly. The street is quite and safe with lots of cafes, shops and subway stops near by. We can't wait to come back

Summary: A nice apt. in a great part of Paris. I understand how busy we all can get, but if you are managing a business then make sure to manage the business properly. We stood outside trying to reach our contact for over an hour, no contact. Went to a local business to get out of the rain and called Vrbo. Told them we could not get into our apartment
