Summary: The hotel was at capacity for July 4th and the staff was unable to handle it. I arrived before 10:00 to the pool and was told to come back later because there were no seats when, in fact, more than half were being held by people who dropped their things and left. Summary: We showed up at 4 for check in and our room wasn’t ready. The room I received was not the room I envisioned I had booked online. Our was on the 1st floor by the stairs and it was so loud. There was a generator that kept going off at all hours. I could hear the couple below me and their dog at all hours. I asked the staff about possibly changing rooms and it was a firm no with no other options.

Summary: The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually!

Summary: While the grounds were amazing and beautiful, the front desk was less than helpful and they did not appear like they wanted to be there that day. In addition we were given half a roll of toilet paper so we ran out and there was only three of us in the room so I was shocked there was no back up. Overall, it was a great day and the hotel is beautiful, but the staff from the front desk did not seem happy to be there.

Summary: It was a ok hotel with higher prices. We had to call down for a room change because it wasn’t what we paid for. They did resolve it but the layout of the hotel is very confusing. Our room had us around the pool and thru ballrooms to go up stair (no elevation) to our room. The view was beautiful but the flow of the hotel is odd. The lounge was great and we enjoyed late night coffee and dessert with great live music. Hotel offered shuttle to 1 point in Newport which was helpful but limited and the shuttle itself was old and not very comfortable. All in all the hotel just seemed to nickel and dime you more than most and at the price you pay with the “resort” fee and self parking was 35/night didn’t seem to match up. I would not stay there again but the view was amazing. No offering of free coffee or any extra like that.

Summary: I have stayed in this property many times under different hotel owners. It has gone extremely down hill. The room was tiny. Hide and seek to find coffee, plugs behind heavy furniture, NINE dollars for waters.The public bathrooms were disgusting and very dirty off lobby. In restaurant, I ordered goat cheese. IF there was a tablespoon of goat cheese it was a lot. Meanwhile at night the bartender was miserable. She was complaining non stop. A lot would need to change for us to go back.
