Positive: Quietness of the place and promptness of the Airkeeper to pick the calls
Negative: I found it very inconvenient that the keys were placed so far from the hotel itself. This arrangement imposes additional costs and effort on guests, who have to travel to collect the keys and then return to the hotel. I would suggest that management consider partnering with nearby shops or businesses to hold keys for guests, especially for after-hours access. Additionally, I was dropped at the wrong hotel by the driver assigned to pick me up from the airport. This was extremely disappointing. Despite raising the issue immediately with Airkeeper and following up by email, no one took responsibility or made any meaningful effort to address or mitigate the situation. Frankly, sending this questionnaire asking me to rate my stay feels unreasonable given that my entire experience was negatively affected by these issues. The lack of prompt support and the failure to ensure guest safety and comfort reflect poorly on your commitment to customer care.
Summary: The ambience of the hotel was pleasant, but the lack of support from management was disappointing

Positive: The location was convenient with everything we needed within walking distance, which was perfect for our stay. The hosts were flexible with our key drop off when we had to check out earlier than expected.
Negative: Upon arrival, it was clear the apartment had not been vacuumed prior to our stay - broken glass on the floor of the lounge room, lint in the laundry, hair in the shower and hair trimmings in the sink.

Positive: Fantastic location (pub and bottle shop opposite front door was a treat). We travelled to go to the Showgrounds so the 20 min walk was great Place was neat and tidy, all rooms nicely presented. Close to train line was handy for someone needing an airport too.
Negative: I searched 2 requirements when I made the booking. Brisbane Showgrounds and balcony. There was no balcony, that was disappointing. Minor things: Some mould under the air con vents could do with attention The dishwasher was really gross, I nearly threw up so I left that alone Stale smell in the house coupled with a broken window latch did make getting fresh air difficult
Summary: Lovely stay and communication from owners was great. I’d stay there again
