Positive: Fantastic views across the city. Secure free parking. Quiet. A 2 minute stroll to Woolworths and all the restaurants / cafes you could ever need. Host was contactable late at night and very helpful in sorting a plumbing issue.
Negative: Only 2 beds were made up. If booking for a certain number, you would normally have that many beds made up. We did find the bedding to do it ourselves though. Bathroom has a toebreaker of a tiny step into bathroom. Not evident until you've smashed your toes on it. There was old chewing gum stuck in the patio door frame. Toilet didn't flush, however host was contactable late at night and sorted a plumber for the next day.

Positive: The hosts were amazing. Quick and friendly responses and even let us drop our luggage off and park our car before check in time so we could get to our football game at Suncorp kicking off at 3pm. All 6 of us agreed we would definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

Negative: Just something to be aware of - the second bedroom is a squeeze if you have two people in there but it was perfect for our young family.
