Positive: Pre installed Netflix in the room and strong WiFi was enough to get me comfortable in the evening. Room was clean and quiet and bed very soft which helped me to sleep all night without waking up.
Negative: Not having fringe and hair dryer in the room was a bit inconvenient but we have survived!
Summary: I would consider this place again in the future

Positive: Breakfast was good for the extra £10 per person you had to pay but they catered for Vegan and Vegetarian guests with a seperate area containing things like Oat milk, Soya Milk, toaster for gluten free toast making plus plenty of fruit options.
Negative: Dated decor, over priced for the condition and quality of the accommodation, met by member of staff in very scruffy shorts and vest top, low budget room furniture with hard uncomfortable bed that had no mattress topper, cupboards were chipped and door loose, bathroom was tiny.
Summary: Overall disappointing, decor and facilities were no where near good enough.

Positive: Amazing location, the most comfortable bed i think I've ever slept in,breakfast was outstanding,and the staff were all very professional and welcoming, I will certainly be making a return visit.
Negative: There was nothing i didn't like,I just wished I could have stayed longer

Positive: A spacious apartment upgrade was very welcome. Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant location for walking with easy access to Tissington Trail and a very special cooked breakfast with lots of extras available.
Negative: Didn't discover skylight hook until our departure.

Positive: Well worth the price! The beds and rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was great, and the people running it were lovely. They even had a bar with some good draft options. Would definitely stay again next time we go Alton Towers or stepping stones.

Positive: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect as there is direct access from the back of the hotel onto the Tissington Trail. Very pleasant downstairs seating area.
Negative: We stayed for two nights and the room was not serviced, ie. mugs and glasses were not refreshed, tea coffee milk sachets etc not topped up and bins not emptied. There was no bin in the bathroom. Breakfast was passible. We had been led to believe that the bar was open in the evening but on Friday we arrived back at 8.30pm and it was closed. It was open on Saturday evening but the choice of drinks was extremely limited.
