Positive: Excellent location, could not recommend more for easy trips in and out of NYC. Lovely area to dine, and walking distance to water / parks. Great place with good facilities, a perfect find for three of us. Good cooking facilities and the air conditioning was very welcome on the hot days!
Negative: Received a lot of information prior to check in which was hard to navigate while travelling but the hosts were very responsive and helped us out

Positive: This is a great accommodation near Manhattan. The subway is just a few meters from the apartment so it's an excellent option if you don't want to splurge a huge amount and yet keep yourself comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the bathroom. The host helped us store our luggage earlier.
