Our private spacious home is the perfect place to get away from the every day hustle and bustle. So just skip the suit and tie, kick back, relax and stay a while!!! Whether its grabbing a book and heading out on the deck, suiting up for a swim at the beach or baiting a hook, we've got something for everyone. You may even want a romantic get away and our bay home is the perfect place for that, as we have had many proposals here.
Our home is open concept inside which is great for entertaining your family and friends. The dining area is big enough to seat the whole family. The kitchen has all modern appliances with granite countertops and even new pots & pans. The master suite is very roomy with a private balcony overlooking the canal. We have a total of 4 bathrooms for a busy family on the go.
The yard is fenced in and is surrounded by the bay, canal, and wetlands. Our home is located at the end of a dead end street, which helps keep down the traffic and noise. NO NEIGHBORS!!!
Surfside is known for its wildlife and is a top birding destination in the world with over 300 species of birds. You will see birds of all shapes sizes and colors in their natural habitat.
If fishing and crabbing is your thing, you're in for a real treat because some of the biggest flounders and red fish have been caught right off our back porch. We have a brand new grill for cooking the catch of the day. You will also find a propane cooker for cooking the pot of crab you're sure to catch.
We have a golf cart for use, as you're in a golf cart friendly community.
And best of all, is the outdoor lift. No more back braking work just to get settled in. Here you just set your stuff on the lift, push the button and start enjoying the many things Surfside Beach has to offer.

Summary: the house was exactly as described. Very comfortable setting for a relaxing vacation. The fishing was not great, but we did catch a few. The crabs though were plentiful and we had a big crab boil today. The owners were very responsive when we had questions and we will definitely like to stay there again

Summary: Didn't catch many fish but the crabs were plentiful! It was a great location and a good place to bring our family together for making memories. The host was very communicative and supportive. Would definitely go back at another time to catch the fish biting. The house was comfortable and we felt right at home.

Summary: Owners responded promptly. No issues with the house at all. They were very prompt answering ANY questions we had about the house as well as local questions. They also randomly asked how everything was going.

Summary: The location is great for fishing off the dock or docking your boat and heading out early mornings. Getting truck/boat trailer in and out of driveway is tricky. Beautiful sunsets for sure! Livingroom was perfect and TV options great. Comfortable beds. Needed to be cleaned better. (You know someone was there before you but you don't want to see it.)

Summary: I have stayed at this property more then once and just let me say it's a little piece of serenity!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location is a gem for outdoorsman/women! My kids cleaned up on crab from the dock. We fished and caught different spieces of fish also Just short 5 min drive to the beach. I highly recommend this property!!!!!

Summary: From the moment I booked this house I knew we would have a great time. The owners were prompt in reaching out to us to make sure we would have all we needed. They were very easy to visit with and quick to answer any questions. During our stay my group and the owners agreed that their home was not being taken care of as well as they had been told by their hired help. They have addressed this small detail and future renters will find this will be the Perfect spot for their vacations. We look forward to coming back and enjoying another round of fishing, boating and bird watching. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
