Negative: All the self service of the experience. Download an app to open a lock, upload foto ID of both travelers and deposit some guarantee in case of damages. Should use insurance for that! The check-out is just leave and go, which we didn't agree on, as it would be hard to dispute any damage claims afterwards, we insisted on a person to check the apartment before we left. That also takes time. Too much hassle overall, for a short stay. Was not aware of this things prior to booking. Would have chosen a simpler option.

Positive: It is a gorgeous place and very quiet and comfortable.
Negative: It was hard to check in. I didn’t understand the app download and felt uncomfortable not having a key especially in light of the recent power outages. I appreciated the aid of Lorena who facilitated the check in.
