Positive: Great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a small dog. Since we weren’t allowed to bring the dog into the restaurant, we were able to eat in our room, and room service was free.

Negative: For people traveling with a dog, it would be great if they could eat in a separate area of the restaurant or at the bar, like in Italy, for example.

Summary: Great hotel. It's close to the Old Town (less than a 15-minute walk), which is absolutely stunning.
