Summary: Not trained staff (at least 2 people met the first day at the arrival). Amazing hotel overall, details of the real luxe everywhere, A great location.

Summary: This was an old hotel where almost nothing seemed to work properly. The air conditioning was erratic — it was either too cold or too hot — and after taking a shower, the water didn’t drain well, leaving the bathroom flooded. At one point, the electricity even went out and we had to call someone to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown, with sausages and eggs served completely cold, which was quite shocking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and this hotel is definitely not deserving of a 5-star rating.

Summary: We loved our stay at the NH Collection. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. The hotel was ideally located. The hotel was luxurious but understated.

Summary: This Hotel was the highlight of our trip, from the daily turn down service that included a nightly bottle of water, to the daily breakfast service with good food. Very comfortable beds and big rooms.. we will be back for a longer stay next time!!
