Summary: Good location, no espresso maker as advertised , very hard bed- was like sleeping on wood

Summary: Thank you so much for a great stay! We arrived late in the evening after driving all day, and was met in the reception by a very nice staff. I had emailed beforehand to inform that we were bringing our dog. Tobit, that I emailed with, came to say hello even though he was off work when we came. (He even spoke Norwegian and had been to our home town once - a funny coincidence). The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was spacious. We had a great night.

Summary: Short business trip. The NH Hannover is a comfortable, no-nonsense business hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and fresh, again lovely friendly woman serving. The lobby is calm and quiet. It's a bit of walk to the city centre but quite a pleasant one. One tip - there's a great gym just across the road from the hotel. I got a day pass to it reduced from €12 to just €8 when the receptionist saw my NH Hannover room card. Worth a visit.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Rudy at front desk was helpful and pleasant. If you don't get your room cleaned, you get a free drink from bar per day.
