Summary: Extremely noisy, could not sleep much. Was assigned a handicap room so no shower curtain, making a mess. No restaurant on site. Farther to LIN airport than expected, having to pay more than €30 for taxi.

Summary: This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Not sure why people would choose it when visiting Milan as it's miles away from the center. Pretty poor breakfast and their "open bar" is a vending machine. On the positive side the rooms are well sized but in need of urgent renovation. And the staff is very kind!! It belongs to spanish NH Hotels but it does not have the 4 * quality at all. It should be 3 * maximum.

Summary: Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through Expedia. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.

Summary: The staff was excellent, and the facility was excellent. However, the location was terrible. It was not really very close to the airport. A very long taxi ride. And there was NO restaurant as was advertised. There is a breakfast room, but there is no food service in the hotel after breakfast. We had counted on having dinner there the night we arrived. The facility is located in an industrial park and the few restaurants in the area were closed on Monday night when we arrived. So it was impossible to get dinner. We ate from the hotels’ self serve selection with prepared meals cooked in the microwave. Adequate but not very appetizing. So be forewarned that this is a possibility that there is no nearby restaurants available on Monday and absolutely no restaurant in the hotel.
