Summary: Excellent location. Across from a grocery store and 7 minutes from anything you might want to do in Niagara Falls but far enough away to be quiet. The owners were communicative and helpful. The only thing I would say in anyway negative was there were a lot of flies in the cottage. I would still 100% stay there again.

Summary: Had a great time at Niagara Falls and this cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was in close proximity to everything. Went with 3 other elderly family members who were very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Summary: Had trouble getting the number to open key box. The heat wouldn't come on. George came right away and manually started the fireplace, but when it turned off through the night, I had a hard time restarting it. The description of the house said that there was heat plus a fireplace. The fireplace is the only heat. Very modern and nicely decorated .

Summary: The price for this place is unbeatable for the location and quality of the house. Owner is great at communication and easygoing. Everything is cleaning and welcoming. No crazy requirements for the checkout process too. We have 2 senior small dogs (14 and 11), and the owner was understanding of our situation and let us stay without issues. The house is very pet friendly, and the neighborhood is great for dogs. It was our first time taking the dogs to Canada. I have to say that everything about this house made it great for the dogs. Sadly, we are moving further away from Niagara Falls area, so it will be harder for us to take the dogs back. If we are not moving, we will definitely book this place again. If everything works out with us in the near future before the move, we will definitely come back to this house again with the dogs.

Summary: This location was in a perfect location, a few minutes from the falls but a nice, non-touristy neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. This 2 bed, 1.5 bath house was perfect for our family of 4 as a jumping off point for Niagara and Toronto.

Summary: The check in process was quick and easy. The host left us a bottle of wine and card congratulating us on our marriage. The house was clean with many comforts of home. There was a beautiful soaking tub which we unfortunately did not use. Looked just like the pictures and a 5 minute drive to everything. If we come back to the area in the future, we would hope to be able to stay here again
