This luxury villa offers spectacular décor, chandeliers,private backyard oasis,Complimentary breakfast.
Guest has private Entrance.2 Bedrooms,2 full washrooms( 1 with sky light)
Dinning area & living area has sofa bed, 60 inchTV( chrom cast installed).
Master bedroom has attached full washroom.
Private fenced backyard has 2 gazebos, hot tub( new 2024), big pool (50,000 lit, heated, open till Nov 15,2025) , kids play place, Charcoal BBQ small unit, etc.
Note:
☆No outside visitiors, property is only available for use for listed guests. 2 car parking included with listing.
☆Hottub is running whole year. Pool will be closed by Nov 15, 2025.
☆No Party,no smoking allowed inside the house.
Host will maintain premises, has separate unit.

Summary: Very clean and a nice place, however there were no instructions for the TV, no coffee pot and the kettle did not work. Also there were no linens for the kitchen.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Villa even on a weekend with a Winter Storm Warning! It was a perfect place to hang out, relax, watch TV and watch the snow fall. If you are not doing the traditional Niagara Falls tourist thing, there is a movieplex that is a 15 minute drive (before the roads got really bad) and a wonderful supermarket 3 minutes away where we got ready to warm and heat meals for the snowy weekend. Jalapa was a great host, meeting us at check in to show is around and in great communication at check out. Can’t wait to come back in better weather to use the hot tub and pool. (Hot tub was open, just too cold and snowy for us this time)

Summary: Jalpa was a very kind and helpful. She was quick to respond and answered all questions throughly! She even paid attention to our special request and decorated for our FIRST anniversary! So appreciated and sweet!

Summary: Overall good stay. Close to the falls. Clean, quiet neighborhood. There was no “breakfast” as advertised. 5 eggs in the fridge, empty bottle of mayo and a loaf of bread. No coffee maker. Hot tub was nice but had a very strong odd smell.
