Summary: I booked this VRBO to host a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable, beautiful, and in close walking distance to all the Niagara nightlife and Clifton Hill. The photos (which are lovely) don't even do it justice because WOW we were impressed! There is clearly a great deal of care that went into the landscaping and functional design of the outdoor space. There were plenty of comfy nooks to hang out and relax in, and we were all very at ease. Jered, our host, was very hospitable and responsive, ready to help with anything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Summary: This property was absolutely AMAZING, and we had a wonderful time. The amenities were lovely and we used the hot tub, sauna, and pool every day. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed to cook and enjoy family meals every evening; we even broke in the brand new gas grill. We were within 20 minutes walking distance to the heart of the falls and all the action, but I would only recommend this during the day, with your head on a swivel. The only reason I gave this property a 4 for location and neighborhood, is because there can be some sketchy drug related activity nearby, this is not the property owners fault, but something to be aware of. The owner has security cameras around the exterior of the property for safety, which is also a deterrent, and built the fence in such away, that you feel like your in your own little paradise when your enjoying the backyard. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, just be mindful of your plans to commute and the time of day!

Summary: We were able to walk to the falls which was great and the kids loved the pool. It was quite warm which was a pleasant surprise. Three bedrooms up (queen, queen, king) and a shared bath. Half bath and living room on the main. Worked well for our fam!

Summary: Stayed at the property the week of July 4th. The house was very clean and the amenities (pool, jacuzzi) were great to have to unwind after long days of sight seeing. We ran into one small issue with the property that the owner quickly resolved with me via a couple of texts. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was at the house. House is located close enough to all the Fall's activities, but far enough away that you are not caught in all the noise and traffic. All in all, would rate the owner and property A+. We would definitely look into renting this property again if we head back up to Canada.

Summary: We enjoyed the property very much. We easily walked to all attractions and restaurants (~30 min to falls). The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. House was tidy and beds were comfortable.

Summary: Look no further, this is the place you want to stay!! Everything about the experience was perfect. The host is so organized, responsive,helpful,generous and kind! Our office spent a team building weekend here and it was incredible! We enjoyed the quick walk to Clifton Hill and some great restaurants near by. I will forsure recommend this place to everyone, and will be back again myself. The extra touches like complimentary coffee,popcorn and a Polaroid camera were appreciated as well.
