The main floor features two lovely living rooms one with a comfortable sofa and a 60" TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The second featuring a comfortable seating arrangement with four chairs and a stylish coffee table. The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal and features a dining table that seats five.
The house has two 3-piece bathrooms, one on the main floor and another in the basement, ensuring plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The backyard is spacious and perfect for outdoor activities, and the large driveway provides free parking for up to 6 cars.
Guests will have access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious backyard. There is also a large driveway that accommodates Up to 6 cars and a big front yard.

Summary: First I’ll say communication with the owner was prompt and detailed. Everything was properly functional in the house, and it was spacious. However, that’s where the positives ended for our experience. Both of the queen mattresses had some discolored spots in the sheets, and one with hairs on it. The outside is totally unkempt, with some thorn bushes growing out into the driveway. The deck couldn’t possibly be used, as it had weeds and grass growing up through it and bushes overgrown on the sides of it. These plants haven’t been maintained for at least this summer. Some water damage in a spot on the interior roof. The living rooms are half furnished for as much space as they have. It‘a a poorly renovated house slapped on VRBO. Quite displeased. Stay somewhere else.

Summary: We were disappointed. On the positive, liked the neighborhood, close access to many of the activities we were interested in; bathrooms were clean, had enough towels and paper products; mattresses were good.. The pictures of the inside were mostly accurate, except there was some ceiling damage in the living room and the king BR; could not open the front door - safety issue as 2nd exit from the house; lack of housekeeping - stove top was cruddy, the coffee table on the porch not been cleaned; floors could not have been mopped as our feet/socks got really dirty; only 2 dish towels, very minimal plates and silverware - setting for 4 but the house is billed to house 6; the bed pillows were not good; bugs in the light fixtures. No instructions for check out - such as what to do with the trash, dirty towels and linens - usually the host provides a notebook with this information and some local tourist info - such as a pizza place that delivers to the house; On the outside - the pictures are not true - it is so unkempt, no maintenance- patio over half overgrown with vines, boards uneven; the grass was WAY overgrown, could not walk outside; the front yard was the same condition; the bush at the end of the driveway you couldn't see around for oncoming traffic when backing out, the steps to the back door has a broken one. VRBO did not send the pin # - so spent 1 hour in driveway trying to contact host and VRBO.

Summary: Looks like there is still some remodeling activity going on. Older property, good location to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Gas station and small grocery store near by. I would stay here again if passing through this area.

Summary: Kul was very courteous & helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and a memorable birthday in the gorgeous region of Niagara on the Lake! The cottage was very clean & cozy. Our dogs loved their morning walks. If you enjoy wine bring a cork screw.

Summary: We booked this accommodation for a wedding weekend and wine tastings. We were very impressed with our stay, 4 adults and our dog from Toronto. The house is located in a quiet, safe and upscale neighbourhood. The house had everything we needed to make breakfasts and snacks. Lots of linens and towels. The beds are new and so comfortable. We all slept so well! It was nice to have the living room and smart TV to wind down each evening before going to bed. The house has A/C and ceiling fans, it was a hot weekend so that was really helpful. The house is clean and the check in and out process was easy. On top of everything, Kul is extremely responsive, kind and helpful which was really appreciated. The house is in close proximity to wineries and restaurants, I highly recommend staying here. It is hard to find a good place to stay in Niagara that will allow you to bring your pet. Thank you Kul, we will be back!! :)

Summary: The property was in a good location for us close to Niagara on the lake and Niagara falls. The house could use a few more items in the kitchen. For example the house sleeps 6 but only plates, bowls etc for 4. Could use another fry pan, large bowl and items like salt and pepper. Check in was easy. Lots of linens for beds and towels.

Summary: We were attending a wedding at Ravine vineyard and wow was this close to the venue! Very interesting old house set on the edge of a new subdivision. Very quiet. The beds looked brand new. Enough space for all of us and the second bathroom really helped when we were all getting ready for the wedding. A quick drive to everything you could possibly need. We had a great stay!
