One bedroom apartment, very bright with nice open view located at only one block from Santa Fe Avenue, 4 blocks from the subway station Palermo , the Botanic Garden, and 7 blocks from the Plaza Cortazar.
The city largest and greenest neighborhood, it subdivides into several smaller but distinct units: Palermo Chico, Palermo Viejo, which further splits into Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood, and Las Caitas. With nearly 350 acres of parks, wooded areas, and lakes, designed by French landscape architect Charles Thays in 1874, Palermo provides a peaceful escape from the rush of downtown. Families flock here on weekends to picnic, suntan, bicycle, in-line skate, and jog. The polo field, where the most important polo matches in the world are held, and racetrack make this area the city's nerve center for equestrian activities.
The Soho:
This area has become very popular in the last years and you can find many beautiful bars, modern restaurants, bookstores, ateliers, furniture and clothes stores here. Every weekend there is a flee market on the main square Plaza Cortazar which is also called Plaza Serrano.You will have easy access to public transportation.

BEDROOM: the king size (1.90 x 2.00) bed can be separated into two twin beds. With big closets. Ventilator. Air conditioning. Wooden floors.-
KITCHEN: with a lot of light in the morning. Completely equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, electric coffeemaker, juicer and electric toaster. Complete tableware for 6 persons.-

Summary: Very comfortable apartment. Spacious with a lovely balcony. Good building security. Landlord accommodating and very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us feel at a home as we had rented for the month of January. Very responsive if we needed to contact her. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, cafes a health food store and fresh veggie and pasta stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We were in Buenos Aires only a few days. The location was great! Lots of restaurants, a large supermarket (Coto), places to exchange money. The apartment was clean and very secure. The Manager was a great help Very personable!

Summary: We were excited about the apartment when we booked and even more happy during our stay. First, Flor is wonderful! Communication was easy, she was there when we arrived, and took her time to explain the flat and gave plenty of recommendations for the area. We know we will keep in touch! About the property, we stayed over two weeks and found it just fantastic. The unit has great wifi which was important as I had to work while in town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had lots of space, and the kitchen had all the tools to cook, which we did. She has plenty of extras as well, washing machine, blackout shades, mosquito screen on the patio door (rarity), full size refrigerator, a kettle, filtered coffee pot, hair drier and so on. I also want to mention patio was large enough for a proper table and chairs for coffee in the morning or sunshine in the afternoon. Additionally, we were their in mid-summer (Feb) and we could open the windows for the breeze, so we rarely needed to turn on air conditioner. Now about the neighborhood, wow. We research areas in advance and knew we wanted to be in Palermo, but didn't know exactly what we would find around the apartment. For us it was perfect, it was in a residential neighborhood and really close to acclaimed restaurants, beautiful terrace cafes, even a few blocks further you will find high end cocktails bars and great shopping. There are loads of parks near by and a major transportation hub just a 7 minute walk. We are major travelers and have lived all over the world, that said I would be quite happy to call Flor's apartment home again!
