Summary: This was a perfect house in a quiet neighborhood. It is located close to campus and is close to dining/stores. The owner/manager was quick to answer questions.

Summary: The property was exactly as described. The master bedroom shower has amazing water pressure, I didn’t want to come home specifically for that and the beautiful yard. Quiet neighborhood, wasn’t bothered by anyone but the dog next door who just wanted to play with our dog. Check in was easy and when I had any questions, they were answered quickly. No TVs in the bedrooms but that was fine, we were exhausted anyway. It was a great stay and would stay here again if we were in town.

Summary: Cute house, very nice front and back yard. Came in for Tarleton Family Weekend. House met our needs. Could use a few more kitchen items, but we managed. Will definitely book again.

Summary: Enjoyed the house and the yard was great for our puppy. Internet was a bit slow and tv in bedrooms along with washer and dryer would have made it perfect. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: My husband and I split the house with my parents while we were visiting Stephenville for a baseball tournament. It was conveniently located. Communication with host was superb. House was easy to stay in. Beds are not soft, so if you prefer that, bring a mattress cushion. House was well priced and perfect for what we needed.
