The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings. We are 3 blocks from TSU and close to the Downtown Square. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. It's a Studio style floor plan and it has a private, vintage bathroom. The kitchenette has a sink, Keurig, and a mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We offer a Level 2, 210 EV Charger.

Summary: The Compass Loft was as described and even cuter than the pictures. Cold A/C, comfortable bedding, hot water, private, quiet, adequate parking, and the hosts left notes to make our visit personal - super nice touch. We are already looking to see when we can go back!

Summary: Excellent, responsive communication with the property owner. The loft was exactly as pictured and described. It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed all the extra amenities (water, coffee and snacks.) Very clean, close to campus and so quaint. We will definitely stay again when we’re in Stephenville!
