Positive: Our stay at the villa had several positive aspects that we feel are worth highlighting. Despite a few drawbacks, there were several features that we particularly liked: Well-Equipped Kitchen: One of the standout features of the villa was the kitchen. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils, making it a pleasure to prepare meals during our stay. The kitchen's functionality and cleanliness added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our time at the villa. Separate Bathrooms and Toilets: Another positive aspect of the villa was the presence of separate bathrooms and toilets. This allowed for greater privacy and convenience for everyone staying at the villa. Having multiple bathrooms and toilets made it easier for us to get ready in the morning and maintain a comfortable living environment. Thoughtful Touches: We were pleasantly surprised to find cleaning materials, coffee cups, and water in the fridge upon our arrival. These thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed and provided us with some essentials to start our stay. It was a nice gesture that added to the overall positive experience. Unpleasant Driving Area: One of the main issues we encountered was the area surrounding the villa, specifically the drive to and from Nice. Unfortunately, this route was not very pleasant, which affected our overall impression of the location. Construction-Like Appearance: Upon arriving at the villa, we noticed that the exterior had a somewhat unfinished appearance, resembling a building site with a lot of concrete and stone. This gave us a less-than-ideal first impression and detracted from the overall aesthetics of the property. Ineffective Air-Conditioning: Another major disappointment was the air-conditioning system. Despite the presence of air-conditioning units, they did not effectively cool the rooms, leaving us feeling uncomfortably hot during the night. This lack of cool air impacted our ability to sleep comfortably and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Limited Seating in the Lounge Area: The seating arrangement in the lounge area was also a bit disappointing. There were only 3 or 4 seating places around the television, which made it difficult for everyone to gather comfortably and enjoy leisure activities together. This limitation affected our overall experience of relaxation and socializing within the villa. Absence of Bedside Tables: Additionally, we noticed that the upper bedrooms lacked bedside tables. This absence made it inconvenient for us to keep personal items and necessities within easy reach during the night, impacting our overall convenience and comfort. The size of the pool.
