Summary: Although on a main highway, rooms are situated behind the main building so noise was not a factor. Staff very helpful. Great buffet dinner in the hotel with excellent variety of foods.

Summary: Was put into a room, unlocked room to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet. So went back to reception and was given another room. Fan in bathroom was full of dust and cobwebs. Fridge made an annoying noise during the night. Shower had a leak. Bed was firm and pillows were uncomfortable. Didn’t feel cared about. Just a number paying for a room. I’ve stayed in a few nightcap hotels and this has to be the worst one so far. And we stayed 2 nights. I’ve stayed in numerous places and never once had the cleaner come in during the stay. We went out and come back to our towels changed. I felt like what a waste. Seems they go in every room every day no matter what. There was no do not disturb option either.

Summary: Room was clean. Location was convenient as we had to catch a very early flight the next morning at Avalon airport. The name says "Hotel". It is a more a motel than an hotel. It was fine for our short term needs.
