Summary: The room was spacious and the owners were fantastic. Very friendly and extremely helpful. It was also a very special place that was built over 100 years ago and where the owners grew up. It was also a great location avoiding a lot of traffic when we went to the various tourist sites. I strongly recommend Nikis house to anyone visiting Cyprus.

Summary: The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms.

Summary: This was a great place. Traditional house, beautiful location. I did have a car so everything was easy to get to. It's not right off the beach but with cabs and busses one is due to be able to get around. Next time I'm staying in Limassol I'm staying at Nikki's House again. And the owners are very nice wonderful people that enjoy taking care of the property and guests. A lot of heart goes into this place and it shows.
