Positive: Location was great and quiet. Nice amenities like large smart TV, equipped kitchen and spacious clean apartment.

Negative: Strong smell (oily fishy food) every night around dinner, we had to open all windows and keep fans full blast for hours!! Laundry not as expected, it was shared in basement with no detergent provided so we didn't end up using it unfortunately.

Positive: The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had all the amenities in the kitchen, living room, and all the bedrooms. Nothing, absolutely nothing, to complain about. It was a very quaint and excellent location as well, very close to Interlaken West station, with great sunlight and great views.

Negative: The fact that the stairs were a bit narrow, but that's not a big deal breaker per se, and also the heater was a bit too extreme. Reducing it did not really reduce the heat that much because it sometimes made it a bit uncomfortable. We had to keep the windows open to get some air in.

Positive: Nice apartment with great location. We needed an accommodation with kitchen as have a four years old who like home made food. The kitchen and all Appliances were fully functional. It’s very conveniently located, 7-8 mins walk from Interlaken OST station. There’s a coop around the corner and river Aare is just behind the building for quick strolls and offers great views. Katja was very helpful and prompt to reply and arranged few bits we requested quite quickly.

Positive: The self check-in was easy to follow. The room is located in the nice and quiet area and surrounded with good restaurants. It took us only 5-10 mins walk to the central and train station. The host was really responsive and provided sufficient equipment for a long stay.

Negative: The curtain was too short to fully cover the windows, and the street door was not fully blinded. It made us feel concerned about privacy especially the room is located on the ground floor where pedestrians walked just outside. Also, the couch's seat cushion may need replacement.

Positive: 5 min walk to town, spacious, great view from the main room.

Negative: Better pillows on the main bed would be great, also the wifi and tv wouldn’t work at the same time but the easy fix was to move the adaptor in the power board a little away from the TV and all was good😜. Didn’t bother us but be aware 3rd floor and no lift, the view is woe tbh the inconvenience.

Summary: Great stay, central to everything. Parking out the front was a little hard to work out as everything was in Swiss/g

Positive: CLEAN! Was great for a family of 6. Nice kitchen and great to have parking across the street. Host was helpful dealing with a last minute booking.

Negative: Just missing little things like dishwasher tablets and some utensils in the kitchen.
