Positive: The view and Location and the garden with the smell of the Marijuana plant
Negative: The parking place is so narrow, the bathroom is dark dirty, the shower curtain is very dirty needed a replacement, the sink is leaking. The entrance is not presentable smells damp specially the carpet and oh my god the staircase is cracking it feels like it’s going to fall apart. Electrical issue there is a cable on running on suppose to be headboard of the bed. One of the bedroom is not prepared when we arrived and uppon checking the rooms smells damp and smells cigarrette. Only the view and the location is good on this Apartment. The room with the double deck bed is not safe the ceiling is so low and you could easily hit your head to the light, please consider the safety of your guests specially if there is children.
Summary: Only the view is good the apartment is not good.

Positive: Location was the best thing about the apartment Apartment had good amenities Rooms were big and great View from Balcony and apartment windows was great
Negative: Its an old chalet apartment with no lift should have mentioned this in the adv. Bathroom was old style needs modernisation parking was second apartment was a bit risky as it was tilted and could lead to driving on other side if one is not extra careful during reversing. I did damage my tyre and needed a replacement. Apartment was too expensive more that 400€ per day with wich owner can easily make lots of improvements to make vacation experience better for travellers.

Positive: The accommodation was authentically Swiss! Superb views. Walkable from station and shops. Nice to be able to let our kids have separate rooms after a fortnight of sharing...
Negative: The third bedroom was outside the main apartment which meant we had to give our son the keys overnight so he could access the bathroom! The front door of the property (which served 3 flats) was kept unlocked, which felt insecure. Bathroom was badly designed considering how much space there was in the apartment. The promised washing machine turned out to be in the basement and shared with other apartments, which meant it was unavailable when we wanted to use it. No air-conditioning but if you managed the shutters properly you could keep it reasonably cool.

Positive: location is a bit far from train station but view is great. Without luggage, easy to walk and get to the bus station. Quiet place.
Negative: Due to the building is quite old, have problem of hot water in the second day of stay but was fixed later. Entrance is quite dark and no lift, hard for carry the luggage to up narrow stairs (2 floors)
Summary: overall is acceptable and worth to stay.

Positive: The view to the alps was amazing. Really close to downtown but away enough for a pleasant yet calm stay in a really quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious aparment and free parking was great, which allowed us to shop some groceries and cook breakfast and dinner to save some money and time.
Negative: I read some comments before about stairs squeaking etc. They were squeaky but its an old building. Nothing that would make me write a bad review. Not at all. It was a bit hard to lock/open the main door with the keys lol, dont know why, key just kept turning so it was kinda a guess. Most of the time it was unlocked so we had no real issues getting in and out. The apartment lock was working propperly. Bathroom was poorly lit and small, specially for my senior parents. I can cope with it and didnt had any problem. I would stay again there with no problem. Laundry machine in the basement was a bit creepy lol but again, no issue. If you're not very picky, go for it!
