Summary: Beautiful stay in a cute party of Italy but we only really slept there because we were so busy. Very comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The owners were very friendly and helpful- a perfect spot!

Summary: The host is kind and friendly, and the apartment is beautiful, especially if you are looking for a rustic, idyllic Tuscan experience. The location is just outside of Florence and the view is breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Large, well-maintained apartment close to the train station which is just two stops from downtown Florence. This apartment is not easy to find because it an remote country area. But that is part of its charm. It is quiet and the building has beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside--although the upstairs apartment which we occupied did not have a particularly outstanding view. The apartment has all modern amenities although the building itself is rustic. The stone stairs to the apartment are very steep which presented some difficulty for my husband who has bad knees. If we were to rent from the property owners again, we would request one of the downstairs apartments. The owners, Christina and her daughter, Maria Theresa, were very welcoming and could not be more helpful. One night when we missed the last train from Florence, we were somewhat panicked so we called them and they advised us about what to do. Christina also supplied us with a well stocked pantry for our stay which was very much appreciated. Christina also supplied us with restaurant recommendations. One of these, Taglieri and Bicchieri, was so good that we ate there 3 times out of 4 nights. It was, by far, the best food we had in Italy. thank you, Christina, for a wonderful vacation in Florence.

Summary: OMG. its like we stayed in the museum. this house has been in the family since 17th century with all modern amenities. The hostess is a gem, thank you Raffaella for a warm welcome and a warm house o the raw spring day/night. What a beautiful place to stay i can only imagine it on a nice sunny day!!! its picture perfect and such a close proximity to a beautiful Florence. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Summary: Beautiful spacious apartment with fantastic views over the hills of Tuscany. We were 3 people, son of 15 in the apartment for 1 week. It has 2 bathrooms and a large landing / hallway. It's a nice house is ideal for trips to florence by train from Lastra a Signa in just 15 minutes by car but also to Siena and other attractions in Tuscany. Beautiful garden with sun and shade just not really a sitting area with comfortable chairs but the weather was not quite nice so we could not sit outside. Every day Furthermore, very clean and with all amenities like oven, dishwasher and wifi provided.
