Positive: Tanika is a great host. She made our stay very comfortable. Definitely visit here for a calm and peaceful stay. It's 10 mins from the landing site and definitely a better option in and around Bir.

Positive: My stay at Nivaara was truly special. From the moment I arrived, the host, Tanika, made me feel genuinely welcome and completely at home. Her warmth, attentiveness, and care for every little detail really set her apart. I’ve stayed at many places during my travels, but Tanika is honestly one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. On top of that, the surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with serene views that make the stay even more peaceful and refreshing. Nivaara is the kind of place that stays with you even after you leave, and I would happily return without a second thought.

Positive: Tanika is an extremely warm and caring host, who is attentive & prompt to address and requests from her guests. The property is right on the road with easy access and private parking for your vehicle. The neighbourhood is peaceful & you get unobstructed views of the Dhauladar mountains from the homestay’s balcony; sunsets & stars in the sky are a treat to watch. The host is an artist; I really liked her paintings & expression through her art. She is also quite humble, open & spontaneous - that makes her good company to speak with as well. I travelled solo around the New Year, and had some engaging conversations with Tanika.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike about Nivaara. Not to mention though that this is a comfortable home-stay, and it wouldn’t be realistic to expect hotel-like facilities or staff-services.

Summary: Spectacular views of snow-peaked mountains, sunset & the stars; A candid & caring host.

Positive: The whole location was so peaceful and beautiful. Yes a little bit far from main market but still good. And specially the host(owner) tanika mahajan. She was such an amazing, artistic and inspiring lady. She is really sweet and help me with all the arrangements and also give me an walking tour of the locality.
