Positive: This is an exceptional place that I cannot recommend enough. We had three days here and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds so comfortable. The views onto the park are beautiful and sitting out listening to the birds and enjoying the view was wonderful. All our safaris and transfers were organised and the food, all freshly cooked on site, was amazing. Every evening we enjoyed drinks by the fire and were also provided on our last night with entertainment from a group of very talented musicians. An absolute must if you are staying in Ranthambore and thank you all for some very special memories

Positive: Are you going on a safari in Ranthambore National Park? Then Nivaas is the perfect place to stay!! You won’t find a more peaceful and beautiful place than this, situated just 5 mins by car from the National Park entrance. You are warmly welcomed by wonderful Nivaas owner Shiv and his lovely team, who truly go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. You immediately feel that this is a home away from home. The property consists of only six newly built big bungalows. You have every amenity you could wish for. The rooms are elegant, fresh, and beautiful, with plenty of space, surrounded by a stunning and well-maintained garden and a pool. In the evening, a bonfire is lit, accompanied by delicious food and cozy live music. So if you are planning a safari in Ranthambore, I can highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back! And if you need a reliable operator to organize your safari in the park, I can highly recommend using Vivek Singh at Ranthambhore Tiger Tours. We had fantastic drives in private jeep - and sighted 4 tigers during our two drives. Exceptional!

Positive: It’s a beautiful property managed by an enterprising owner and very professional staff who chose to put time and effort in making the guests feel special. The rooms are airy , spotlessly clean and tastefully done up. The food is simple but cooked fresh and homely with thoughtful ingredients. The linen was clean and welcoming.

Negative: I felt the lighting in the rooms was a little less. We could cater for items likes shower cap for ladies and geysers with larger capacity as hot water runs out quickly.

Positive: Pros : - Close to nature - Open and spacious property and room - Service is quick - Guest can decide what they want to eat - Manager (Hemendra) is really helpful - arranged for private vehicle, did room service really quickly) - Very closely located to the Ranthambore Fort (if you minus the bad road) - Very accommodating as I made certain last minute changes

Negative: Cons : - Road to hotel isn’t in good condition, we parked our vehicle somewhere else and had to travel in the properties jeep - Food menu options are limited - No evening entertainment was provided - The edges of door were sharp (maybe near fitted or made) - No hanging space inside the room to hang wet clothing

Summary: We stayed in a twin bungalow for a day here and it was real nice

Positive: Outstanding service from all the staff. You are made to feel completely at home and looked after so well and thoroughly. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with open arms with a drink and a towel. Special service. The food is amazing. The best curry we have eaten during our time in India. The owner- shiv is an extremely kind and genuine man and ensured a perfect stay for us. We loved all the information and conversation we shared! The manager Hemendra is a great host- once again- really genuine and kind. Great at his job and looked after us so well. The rest of the staff are warm and friendly and do all they can to ensure we are happy and looked after. The location is fantastic- only 5 minutes drive to the entrance of the park. Surrounded by wildlife and fields- a special place to relax! The rooms are so spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. A fantastic swimming pool and communal space to relax between safari. The views of the mountains in the park are amazing. Everything was organised for us from taxi services to safari and the entire experience was faultless. The place is brand new and destined for success. We would recommend it to anyone and can’t imagine doing safari at Ranthambore from anywhere else.

Positive: Beautiful, spacious and well equipped suite in a lovely location. Fabulous restaurant with super attentive staff. They also arranged a safari and transfers for us when requested and these were very well organised and great value for money. (We saw a Leopard so SUPER happy) Gardens are impeccably groomed and the pool is a tranquil oasis. On our final night they arranged local musicians for us and created an indelible memory of Rajasthani culture. We were well looked after from start to finish and would highly recommend Nivaas to everyone.

Positive: The property is a hidden gem, nestled amidst the majestic Aravalis, offering just the kind of peace and cosy feels one needs on a holiday. The rooms are quite spacious and done up really well. The fact that it has just 6 rooms, it makes for a gorgeous boutique stay. The hospitality was unmatched any recent properties we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay truly special for not just us but our kids as well. Hemendra, the property manager went out of his way to fulfill all our needs. We were treated to special Rajasthani delicacies and private folk music performance as well. Huge compliments to the owners for creating such a pristine place amidst the now highly commercial circuit of Ranthombore. Would certainly come back for another stay! Highly recommend it!
