Freshly renovated this summer, this house is a modern and cozy oasis. The sleek and comfortable interior removes the “noise” of the complicated world outside and lets you enjoy the simple things—the things that matter most. You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table to share meals, stories and laughter. Ample windows throughout the house let the sunlight pour in. Materials, plants and art set the global tone.
Your host has thoughtfully placed technology to be there if you desire it; there are TVs placed in the living spaces and bedrooms. All the music of the world is available to fit your mood.
As you move outside, the pool and outdoor patio will draw you to its cool waters and fresh breeze. It has the sophistication of a boutique hotel but the privacy of your own house surrounded by a wall of lush landscaping and fencing.
We are just a text or call away and ready to answer any questions and make your stay wonderful.
This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking convenience and privacy. We’re at the end of a dead end street so traffic is almost non-existent. Like all the old streets in town, ours is wide and lined with mature pecan trees; it’s one of the things that makes Fredericksburg so special.
We’re uniquely situated in a part of Fredericksburg that is only four blocks from Main Street yet right on the edge of town. This makes it both convenient and quiet. You could easily walk to the Nimitz Museum or Otto’s and then on to Main Street. Evening walks along the nearby streets are a favorite of both locals and visitors.

Summary: Upstairs AC unit was not working upon arrival. Property manager was quick to respond to our text saying someone would be sent to check it out, but the issue was never resolved and the unit had to remain off throughout the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the proximity to walkable Main Street. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We stayed here for New Years Eve and had a wonderful time. The house was very well layed out and comfortable with everything we needed. It was even decorated for Christmas!The hosts communication was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool as well as the short 8 minute walk to the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Summary: Not going to lie . . . Levi Kelly's review of Njem Haus solidified our decision to book this space one year in advance for our Niece's wedding event. Not only were we celebrating a new event, but we were also celebrating the bringing together of family. Njem Haus truly offered us a place to make memories! #1 . . . the host and her team were welcoming and fabulous! The welcoming details big and small . . . thoughtful and mindful. The space . . . mindblowing spectacular! The photography, the textures and layers of wow, the gathering space and pool area are unbelievable. We thoroughly were embraced in the aesthetic. The location . . . close to everywhere we wanted to be. Thankful for the opportunity to experience such a well-conceived oasis.

Summary: My entire family (parents, sisters, nephews) got together for a weekend retreat and could not have chosen a better house. It was the right size for our group and the pool and patio were excellent gathering spots. The house is extremely walkable to Main St., museums and wineries. We'd love to come back, whether with family, friends or others!

Summary: If you plan on using the pool for a day, it’s great, and the location is great. You can probably get more for your money a little further from town, but if you want a place with a pool on the strip, this is the spot.
