Summary: Arrived with my family for a weekend getaway and had the best time. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with more than we needed! The house had so much space for us all. The other thing that I appreciated was the little things that made our stay wonderful… the new bar of soap in each bathroom shower, the air blower for our floaties, the beach towels, the list goes on. Made our stay easy and a great time! Will stay again!

Summary: We traveled to Phoenix from Texas to move our oldest to GCU, the house was amazing. Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed to make meals. The pool was a hit, water was clean and warm (we did not purchase the heating for the pool). Elias, the host was great, informative and quick to respond. Will definitely consider booking this property again!

Summary: This property was absolutely terrific! The home is beautiful and it was exceptionally clean and perfectly maintained upon our arrival. The residence was fully furnished with everything that we could have possibly needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and dining on the patio. Indoor entertainment was great with music and big screen tv’s. The check in and check out process was perfect. Elias was very quick to respond to any messages that I sent and the communication prior to our arrival was very informative. I really appreciated the hospitality that we experienced with this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Elias and Yuri were the kindest and most responsive hosts we’ve had in the 11 years we have been coming to Arizona! If there was something that we needed, they took care of it. They responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the pool, quiet neighbourhood, video games, and Netflix! We would definitely return to their beautiful home again!

Summary: My family couldn’t have had a better time. The house was an unbelievable escape for all of us. We felt like the most valued guests. Everything was waiting for us. They had thought of about everything in anticipation for us. We can’t say enough good things about the experience. Amazing!!

Summary: We had such a wonderful, relaxing time at the Perez home! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, and the gaming room was a big hit with our boys! We enjoyed the pool and the giant television! We didn't request to have the pool heated, but my husband and boys thought it was just fine. (It only took me an extra minute or two to get used to the water, and then it was perfect!) :) The location of the property was great too. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles, and a quick 30 minute drive to our other destinations for the week: Spring Training in Peoria and Old Town Scottsdale. We highly recommend this house for families! A truly great place to spend quality time! We look forward to coming back!

Summary: Kids loved this house! Between the video games, the huge tv, and the fantastic pool, they wanted to move in permanently. The location was a little far from some of the things we wanted to do, but it was worth it to have a fun house for the family. Great stay!

Summary: My wife and I have stayed in rentals for many years on vacation with our family. In all our stays, this is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Elias’s home was immaculate, had all the extras, and communication was outstanding. It is also located in a quiet, gated community and the heated pool was a hit with our kids. I would rate 6 stars if I could! We hope to be back!
